I was dreading alterations but it was actually fun in a way I didn’t expect! Staff are extremely lovely, attentive and welcoming. The work on the dress was amazing and it fit beautifully.

I had an AMAZING experience at Eltsa. They worked with me super last minute and every fitting was a great experience. They also gave me so many tips to making the dress look as amazing as possible and even though my dress has a complicated fabric, worked swiftly and extremely well. Their pricing was reasonable and they didn't charge any random weird fees like I feel like I've experienced with so many other vendors.

I had a great experience working with Eltsa for a bridesmaid dress alteration. My consult was lovely as I felt heard and understood in what my goals were. I was a bit nervous as it was my first time having something tailored, but the staff made the whole process very easy and communicated clearly through the process. They gave me multiple options, clear price ranges, and helped me weigh the pros and cons, which I appreciated.

Eltsa did the alterations for my wedding dress and did an amazing job. I bought a dress secondhand so I needed pretty extensive alterations, including sizing it down, hemming it, and adding a complicated bustle due to the nature of the dress. The dress ended up fitting me perfectly and the bustle looked great even though the material was not ideal. Highly recommend Eltsa and her team!

Margo at Eltsa Custom Sewing and Alterations did an incredible job with my wedding dress. I had trusted her with a bridesmaid dress before, so I knew I was in good hands. At 5'1", I needed significant alterations, and she preserved the eyelash lace and floral details on both the hem and long sleeves. The result looked completely seamless.
