I was a bit nervous as it was my first time having something tailored, but the staff made the whole process very easy and communicated clearly through the process. They gave me multiple options, clear price ranges, and helped me weigh the pros and cons, which I appreciated.

Eltsa did the alterations for my wedding dress and did an amazing job. I bought a dress secondhand so I needed pretty extensive alterations, including sizing it down, hemming it, and adding a complicated bustle due to the nature of the dress. The dress ended up fitting me perfectly and the bustle looked great even though the material was not ideal. Highly recommend Eltsa and her team!
